Jason was brought on board during early development by producer Barrie Osborne (THE MATRIX, LORD OF THE RINGS) to budget, design and oversee the creation of over 1700 visual effect shots. Shooting entirely on greenscreen, the film would require in-depth previs, set design, motion capture, 2.5D and full 3D environments, intricate particle FX and character animation.  The job involved 9 facilities, 5 countries, 4 languages (5 if you count Australian), 82 flights, 200,000 travel miles, 450 days of per diem, 3 destroyed suitcases, and 1 customs seizure.
